Home of Dawn Beaumont — keynote speaker and the Queen of Hearts who ran and rode ~15,000 km solo around Australia, over 200 consecutive days, for heart health.
Follow @heartlineenduranceIn 2013, Dawn's mother Janet suffered a major heart attack in a theatre foyer in Perth. Dawn performed CPR on her own mum — and her first aid training helped save Janet's life. With heart disease running through her family, that moment changed everything.
Dawn turned it into a mission. As the Queen of Hearts, she set out from Adelaide in February 2025 on a solo circumnavigation of Australia — running and riding ~15,000 km over 200 consecutive days, with zero rest days — raising funds for the Heart Foundation and the Royal Flying Doctor Service, and starting conversations about heart health in every town along the way.
Through remote coastline, desert, rainforest and outback, there were days when the only voice pushing her forward was her own. Today, through Heartline Endurance, Dawn brings that lived experience to the stage — and builds what comes next.
"Resilience wasn't something I learned; it was something I lived."— Dawn at the finish line with her mum, Janet
"Resilience isn't a theory I read about. It's something I lived — 200 consecutive days, solo, around Australia."
A lived story. Practical tools. Real conversation — tailored to your audience.
"Dawn delivered an engaging, authentic and thought-provoking session that resonated with everyone in the room. Her ability to connect personal experiences with practical strategies for building resilience, maintaining wellbeing and navigating life's challenges made the presentation both inspiring and relevant. Staff appreciated her genuine approach, warmth and humour, as well as the practical tools they could immediately apply in both their professional and personal lives. We highly recommend Dawn Beaumont to any organisation looking for a speaker who can inspire, connect and make a lasting impact."Cabra Dominican College · Cumberland Park, Adelaide · July 2026

A solo circumnavigation of Australia raising awareness for heart health: ~15,000 km run and ridden over 200 consecutive days on the road, with zero rest days — rain or shine. Remote coastline, desert, rainforest and outback, in support of the Heart Foundation and the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
The next Heartline Endurance challenge: taking on the length of New Zealand — top of the North Island to the bottom of the South — with a kayak leg across the water in between. No shortcuts, no straight lines skipped.
The journey will be captured as a documentary, and Dawn will be fundraising for the Heart Foundation New Zealand — carrying the heart-health message across the Tasman.
